IT Support - 2nd Line - Belfast - Permanent

Your new company
I am currently working with a well-respected public sector organisation, who are seeing an IT Support Engineer to join their organisation in Belfast on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be providing technical support on current PC applications to all desk top computer users, and will provide support and cover for the Help desk when necessary. Other responsibilities include:
* Install and support IT systems to include hardware, Microsoft Office applications for desk top users, telecommunication networks and corporate networks
* Complete initial diagnosis of incidents, and either resolve or escalate
* Provide technical support for IT strategy

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you must have experience using computer hardware and operating systems, as well as corporate networks (LAN/WAN). Experience using Microsoft Office products is also essential, as is a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an IT related subject.
