Due to recent significant investment, an opportunity at a Senior to Lead level has been created within the Product Design team. This innovative technology company based in the heart of Berlin are seeking an ambitious and experienced designer with extensive background in UX/UI.

You will be given freedom and autonomy from day one and this will be very much a hands-on role, yet offer you the opportunity to guide and mentor a team of designers to create and execute a consistent vision meeting business and customer needs.

The ideal applicant will have:

5+ years design background with evidence of strong expertise in UX/UI and Product
Strong communication skills and an ability to manage, present and bring forth ideas from concept through to implementation
Work cross functional, utilise data driven research and be able to provide innovative solutions that meet relevant criteria throughout the design process
A proven track record of delivering across digital projects and/or SaaS
Feel confident in pitching new ideas, taking ownership for the strategy of UX/UI and be able to drive your creativity and methodology within challenging deadlines and milestones
Fluent in English (German fluency is also preferable)
