Due to expansion, BITS has an opening for an IT Engineer to join the Network Support Team.  

The team is responsible for providing on-site support and IT Project installations as well as Office365 and Microsoft Azure-based solutions for our expanding south-east client base, including Dublin.

You will Support and Install Server and Cloud based solutions to our existing and new customers. 

You should have experience of Servers - Windows Server, and Microsoft O365, Server Migrations, Microsoft Azure Cloud based systems, Networking, Storage, Firewalls (SonicWall and CheckPoint experience a distinct advantage) Security, VOIP/Phone System experience a distinct advantage. 

Minimum 3 years’ experience.

Must be a team player with a strong customer service focus

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Microsoft / SonicWall / CheckPoint Certification desirable

Driving license required.
