Support, Engineer, Technician, Service Desk, Desktop, Remote, Help Desk, Windows, MacOS - Contract - 6 months

Roc Search has partnered with a leading retail firm based in Central Dublin to support them with their search for a Desktop Support Engineer for an initial 6 month daily rate contract.

Position details:

Customer focused approach to Service Delivery

Previous desktop support experience
*

Onsite and remote support
*

Experience with:
*

Windows Server
*

Microsoft SCCM
*

Active Directory administration
*

Office 365 (setup, support, troubleshooting including OneDrive)
*

PC hardware (image, support, troubleshooting & basic upgrades)
*

MacOS

*

Location - Dublin 1
*

Duration - 6 month
