Hi-Tech Associates are looking for qualified tutors (on a contract basis) to deliver any or all of the following modules:

Ø  Software Design Fundamentals

Ø  C#

Ø  HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3

Ø  Web Development

Ø  SQL

Ø  Java

Ø  Python

Classes are delivered during the day and/or evenings.

Person Specification

Ø  A training qualification such as QQI, JEB, Microsoft MCT or equivalent.

Ø  Recognised IT qualification such as Degree, Microsoft, or Oracle. 

Ø  Track record of delivering successful IT courses with positive outcomes

Ø  Relevant work experience in the IT sector

Ø  Ability to give constructive feedback

Ø  Ability to motivate, support and manage individuals and groups

Key Tasks

Ø  Instruct learners in all aspects of the course curriculum to the prescribed standard and in accordance with the relevant syllabus.

Ø  Prepare learners for assessments

Ø  Schedule, conduct, correct and mark assessments/tests as appropriate in accordance with Quality Assurance Standards

Ø  Prepare course materials.

Ø  Record learner attendance.
