We are now looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our team.

At VideoElephant use a very broad range of languages and technologies so our ideal candidate will need to be able to get to grips with technologies quickly and have the ability to interface with the business and solve challenging and complex tasks and think on their feet with a positive can do attitude.

Responsibilities: 

Contribute to the evolution of our internal and customer facing solutions

Work within an Agile environment

Ensure that the architecture is implemented throughout all projects

Develop high quality components and features according to our roadmap

Requirements

Minimum 4+ Years PHP, Python, JavaScript, HTML5, LESS / CSS

MySQL, Redis, MongoDB

Laravel / Symfony, VueJS

SOA, REST, Queues, Microservices, Serverless, AWS

Git, NGINX, Docker, Grunt, gulp, webpack

Scrum / other agile methodology

Qualities and Skills

Passion for quality code

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem solving

Experience with CI/CD

Experience scoping and documenting projects and processes
