I'm working with a well-regarded, Irish-owned IT Managed Services Provider in their search for their next Pre-Sales Lead.
The Role:
Working as part of the Sales division, directly supporting Sales team, you'll:
* Identify and create opportunities to grow relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Establish, qualify, understand and validate the clients' business and technical requirements to a sufficient level that enables them to translate these into a tailored communications roadmap.
* Proactively engage with customers and prospects to demonstrate solutions and effectively communicate the USP's.
* Promptly respond to customer questions with technical explanations of solution features and capabilities.
* Serve as a technical coach to both internal and external stakeholders
* Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
* Manage technical validation activities including Proof of Concepts
The Requirements:
* Significant Pre-Sales experience within an IT (MSP preferable) environment - Proficiency in Cloud solutions highly advantageous
* An ability to rapidly understand and translate clients' business challenges and concerns into a technical, solution-oriented discussion.
* Persuasive communication skills for presenting to all customer levels, from C-Level to ICT managers and Solution Architects.
* Resourcefulness, creativity and strategic thinking for troubleshooting problems.
* Excellent written communication skills with experience in preparing Proposals and Tender responses
* Ability to communicate a technical message with commercial relevance to a non-technical audience.
* Ability to work as part of a team in delivering a proposal.
* Experience in developing high-level designs.
* Excellent report writing in both technical and commercial disciplines
* Proven delivery of customer Cloud Solutions in a Pre-Sales capacity
* Experience with IT compliance principles and ISO practices
