This is an opportunity to start working with Scala, experience with Scala isn't essential however with most of the team coming from Java stack backgrounds. This will suit someone who is consistently upskilling and keeping up to date with the latest tech trends, ideally with containers experience (Docker & Kubernetes) and possibly exposure to big data technologies. The Person:

* 5+ years' experience working as a Software Engineer (likely Java).
* Cloud experience, and experience in building and owning software from start-finsh.
* Docker and Kubernetes experience would be ideal.
* An interest in new/emerging technologies.
* A strong understanding of agile processes, design principles, best practices.
* Creative and a strong problem-solver.
* Scala experience is nice to have.
