My client a leading Retail Chain is seeking a Windows Migration Engineer for a daily rate contract in Dublin City Centre.
Support Engineer
General Requirements
• Relevant experience migrating desktops and laptops from Windows 7 to Windows 10
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service acumen up to the executive level
• Ability to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Migrates client systems and end user data from Windows 7 to Windows 10
• Resolves simple and complex workstation integration and networking issues at the hardware, software, and operating system levels

Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
• Strong Windows 7 troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites including 2007 and 2010
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
