Rare opportunity in Dublin City Centre for a Development Team Lead to join a small and rapidly expanding software house. This is heavier on the leadership than a hands-on coding role (although they are flexible on that), we need someone with strong leadership skills who can help ensure the smooth running of dev processes, manage a team of extremely talented developers (core team of 10), continually research new technologies and liaise with stakeholders. This is ideal for someone who would fit into a collaborative, flexible and highly technical working environment that still has a start-up feel to it. They are willing to offer generous packages for strong candidates.

You will need:

* 2 years' experience in a leadership capacity within a development team.
* To have seasoned Software Development experience within Java environments.
* An interest in tech trends and an eagerness to explore new tech.
* To be extremely adaptable.
* Extensive experience in an agile environment.
* To be a good leader and an excellent organiser.
* Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
