We have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Recruitment Consultant to join our contract team.
You will join a growing team of contract recruiters and be involved in sourcing quality candidates for a variety of IT positions, with a view to growing into an account management position.
What’s involved:
- Sourcing quality candidates for a variety of IT positions
- Managing the recruitment process for candidates
- Relationship management
- Negotiating offers with candidates
- Working towards KPI’s and targets
What you need:
- 1+ years’ experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Excellent communications skills
- Good relationship building skills
- Positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
- Strong time management skills and good attention to detail
- Proven ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative
