- Work as part of the ServiceDesk team on ITIL based desk
- PC build, design & rollout.
- Supporting Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V and other Line of business client applications.
- Office365 and Azure support
- Upkeep and maintenance of client specific documentation.
- Identify and recommend improvements and solutions.
- Field work, site visits & installations
- Improvement minded
- Works well in a team.

- Ability to communicate well with clients.
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working in a similar role
- 3rd Level Diploma/Degree would be beneficial.
- Proven track record of learning with industry led certifications. E.g. MCSA. CCNA
- Full driving license with own transport.
