Strategy / Organisational Design Consultant, Permanent, Dublin

I have an exciting opportunity for a Strategy / Organisational Design Consultant to join one of the world's leading accountancy and advisory organisations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years consultancy experience.

If successful you will be based on both client sites and in my Clients city centre office. You will be responsible for three key areas of business; strategy design, organisational design and project delivery.

Skills/experience;

- 3rd level qualification, Masters degree an advantage
- 2 years Consultancy experience, "Big 4" experience an advantage
- Client facing experience
- Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills

Salary benefits:

- Salary €35,000 - €45,000 depending on experience
- Pension
