Senior Ruby Developer – Dublin City Centre

My client, a well established and successful Software House involved in eLearning technology based in Dublin City Centre has engaged IT Search to speak to a Senior Ruby Developer with significant commercial experience plus knowledge of Elixir on their behalf to join their growing team at a Senior Level.

The role will be to work on and improve current and future software offerings (ultimately desktop and mobile applications for global clients), working with senior technical management and other stakeholders across the development lifecycle but with an interest in TDD and having a keen eye for bug fixing. 

Candidates should have:

·      10+ years of commercial post grad experience with at least the most recent six years on Ruby on Rails

·      A mix of mobile and desktop application development

·      A high level of comfort using Git and similar

·      Elixir expertise will be a definite advantage.
