Role: IT Support Analyst
Salary: up to € 41K p/a + bonus + relocation package on offer

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
* Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Perform user administration duties
* Provide basic IT training to non-IT personnel as and when required to increase self-reliance within the business.
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:

* Min 2 years hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required
* Good understanding of ITIL
* Experience working with as VDI, Asterisk PBX and Microsoft Windows 10.
* Good working knowledge of various hardware, software & Microsoft operating systems
* Fluent English with strong communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Good troubleshooting experience
* Ability to solve problems and make decisions
* A positive and strategic thinker
* Business/Technical diploma
