About the role
I am looking for a professional, growth-focused salesperson to join a high-growth start-up in an innovative and expanding technology space.
You will be selling advanced data analytics products to a list of named accounts across EMEA. This role is a mix of New Business and Account Management. The split being about 80/20 in favour of New Business.
You will manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and engagement to deal close and ongoing account management. Travel will be between 10% - 20%.
Key responsibilities:
* Outbound prospecting across various channels (phone, email, social)
* Target a set of named accounts and achieve revenue goals.
* Build and nurture relationships leading to sales.
* Manage multiple new opportunities as well as existing accounts.
* Take full responsibility for personal revenue targets.
* Accurately manage the pipeline process in CRM.
* Meet and exceed quarterly targets.
* Drive and desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment
Skills and experience:
* 5-10 years experience in B2B sales
* Proven track record of successfully selling B2B software products to mid-market/Enterprise companies within Europe.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Consultative sales approach
* Self-starting, risk taker and a drive to succeed.
* Strong organizational and time management skills are a must
* Experience in data analytics-focused product companies a big plus
