This IP Project Lead role / Lead IP Engineer will is within an ISP environment delivering IP connectivity for 5G. The IP Engineer will work with IP and security and will require experience in Cisco and Juniper is a distinct advantage. The IP Engineer will:

* Support data centre infrastructure for IP, ISP AND MPLS.
* Lead on the design, deployment and delivery of projects
* Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the change to the new network and investigate and implement enhancements to the system
* Automate network admin tasks using scripting
* Lead project teams
* Work across datacentres by supporting the IP network
* Incident Management
* Supplier & Vendor Management
* Utilise cutting edge technologies for networking including virtualization
* Provide technical expertise and manage risk

Tools and skill-set to deliver effectively in the role:

* CCNP, CCIE or JNCIE
* Experience with both Cisco and Juniper is a distinct advantage
* Routing and switching
* Experience with datacentre solutions and ISP
* Scripting: Python, Perl or Bash
* Knowledge of firewalls and loadbalancing technologies
