Microsoft Office User Applications Trainer

Role

PFH Technology Group is hiring an additional Microsoft Office User Applications Trainer within our Training Department. This is an opportunity to join a successful, growing organisation and team with a very strong ICT reputation in the Irish Market. 

 

Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver Instructor-led Microsoft Office Courses at PFH’s Training premises in Cork and at its customer base through-out Ireland.

 

Qualifications:

H/Dip or Train the Trainer Fetac 7 equivalent

Master Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOS), ECDL

MCT an advantage

Good working knowledge of O365 and SharePoint for end Users

 

APPLICATIONS – NOTE MICROSOFT VERSIONS UP TO AND INCLUDING 2016 AND WINDOWS VERSIONS UP TO AND INCLUDING VERSION 10

Microsoft Office applications from Office 2007 to Office 2016 & Office 365.  The level can vary from teaching keyboard skills to beginners to advanced Excel and everything in between.

 

Spreadsheets

Microsoft Excel – (up to and including Advanced Level)

Presentations

Microsoft PowerPoint and PowerPoint Advanced

Word Processing

Microsoft Word for Windows and for Mac (up to and including Advanced Level)

Operating Systems and General

Windows up to Windows 10

Office 365 including SharePoint 365 (user level) (OneDrive, OWA, Teams, OneNote, Sway, Delve, Flow, online Office apps, Staff Hub, Forms etc)

Microsoft Outlook (up to and including Advanced Level)

Using the Internet and use of Web Browsers

SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016 and 365 – up to Power User level.  End User level courses Accessing SharePoint, Navigating, Breadcrumbs, Searching, Sorting, Permissions, Creating sub-sites, working with and managing lists, adding groups and users, document libraries, opening documents, uploading, checking in and out, versioning, creating workspaces, adding web parts, integrating with Office, etc.
