Business Intelligence Analyst - Dublin
My Client an innovative Business Intelligence Analyst with deep domain knowledge to join their growing Data Science capability and support their rapid growth. Successful candidates will provide the customer acquisition and retention teams with actionable insights that improve the financial returns from their marketing activity, whilst working with the data from an end to end perspective.

Responsibilities of the Business Intelligence Analyst role:
• Supports all data analysis and bespoke data extract processing for the marketing analytics function.
• Working with the CAO, develop a framework that facilitates the marketing team to improve investment decisions.
• Develop bidding algorithm to ensure our spend generates the required return on Ad Spend.
• Monitor the performance of retention initiatives and improve how and when we communicate with our patients.
• Develop automations to ensure any inefficient marketing spend is kept to a minimum and to scale when opportunities present themselves.
Required Qualifications and Skills for the Business Intelligence Analyst role:
• Degree in Marketing, Business / IT / STEM
• 3-5 years’ experience working as part of a digital marketing team a substantial budget spend per year.
• Data analysis experience in a marketing environment is essential, Financial Services industry experience is a plus.
• Significant experience in Tableau, Google Analytics, Google AdWords & Facebook Marketing.
• Excellent and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Python, R, SAS or other programming languages.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Strong knowledge of data and information management and data quality standards
• Ability to work with data and present results.
