Our client is in preparations to launch the organisation wide migration of SharePoint - when I say it's a 12-18 month project you will have some idea of the scale of which we are talking here. And they are looking for one more person to join their team on the West Coast. It's a close-knit team, with some incredible SharePoint expertise in house so there's a huge chance to seriously enhance your skills in this organisation.

Who are we looking for?

- an organised, methodical person, who ideally has been through one of these migrations before and knows what to look out for! Alternatively, if you know SharePoint well, and have been involved in implementations online, and are looking to grow your skills in this area - and you are organised and methodical - this could be the chance you have been waiting for!

Whats the job?

- based on the client site, you will be a juggler :D You will need to keep a lot of balls in the air at one time as there will be a lot of tasks running concurrently depending on where each dept is at on the plan. The primary responsibility of the role is the users. You will sit with them, understand their existing environments and develop a plan to replicate this online, and then you will start to implement the plan. Once that is done, you will be sitting with the users to ensure their adoption of the new way of working, holding hands and answering questions. So you will need lots and lots of patience and great communication skills to ensure every concern is acknowledged and dealt with, so the user is happy to use the new installation.
