Role: Software Automation Engineer

Location: Dublin

Salary: Neg

Duties:

* Taking part in development and improvement of the automated test infrastructure
* Conduct code reviews, setup and maintain test data, metrics
* Identify areas for automation improvement
* Utilize test automation framework and toolkit to automate test cases
* Serve as a primary escalation point for troubleshooting
* Work closely with application managers and business groups to ensure successful collaboration
* Coordinate information gathering and reporting process
* Identify project risks and report effectively to relevant stakeholders
* Stay up to speed on process, practice and technology developments internally and externally
* Engage in continuous improvement of test process and practice enhancement
* Engage with client test managers

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
* Min 3 years experience developing software automation frameworks
* Familiar with Python, Java and / or C#. Python being an advantage
* Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
* Experience working with Selenium and / or Appium
* Proficient at formulating test automation scripts
* Ability to complete detailed and accurate written documentation
* Self-starter, with proven ability to work within teams but also independently
