Key responsibilities of the Senior Support Analyst 

* Be well versed in Building relationships - primarily on the phone, video conferencing and face to face with local clients
* Provide application and user support to ensure IT systems availability, reliability, and performance for business-critical systems
* Continually enhance and expand monitoring for systems
* Manage incidents from recovery to root cause
* Engage business and technology stakeholders to get to root cause
* Ensure all changes to the Production Environment follow the internal Change management process
* Perform scheduled activities such as DR testing
* Create and maintain knowledge-base articles
* Develop and maintain relationships with Clients, Relationship Managers and Project Managers
* Work effectively as a team, supporting other team members in achieving project/ business objectives and providing client services
* Support a positive work environment that promotes customer service, quality, innovation and teamwork and discussion 

About you:
* Experience in Financial Services and Banking systems in an operations and support environment on areas such as payments, reconciliation, settlements and confirmations
* Prior experience with Banking systems technologies such as Swift Alliance Gateway, Bottomline Technologies' GTExchange (GTX), FiServ Accurate NXG
* Ability to demonstrate effective engagement with the different technology partners in resolving issues
* Experience in Unix, Linux, Windows platforms, scripting,automation, writing SQL (data retrieval/update/inserts) on Oracle / MS SQL Server, messaging, middleware, Java application servers
* Strong understanding of ITIL Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
