This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented Software Engineer looking to move into a role which gives them the freedom to experiment and implement new technologies whilst working with other like-minded individuals to continue building a best in class product.
Desired Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in computer science or similar
* Minimum 4 years commercial programming experience
* Excellent experience in at least one programming language (At present, a variety are used within the company, including: Golang, Node, JavaScript, Vue, PHP etc)
* RESTful API experience
* Knowledge of Linux tools
* Version control systems experience (the company use Git)
* Previous experience implementing security best practices
* Excellent knowledge on caching tools - Memcache, Redis, Nginx
* Solid experience in a TDD environment
* Familiarity with algorithms and data structures
* Unit testing experience beneficial
Additional Attributes required:
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proactive and able to manage your own workload
* Detail-orientated
