C# .Net Development Team Lead - North Dublin
I need 2x C# .Net development Team Lead's for a rapidly growing Software client in North Dublin!
We have a very talented and established C# .Net Development team in place, but they currently lack direction, we'd like to add a layer of management between them and the Development manager to take some of the pressure off.
My client currently undergoing a redesign of their core application (a financial management system) that is widely used, they also have a strong pipeline of new product development following a couple of very exciting acquisitions at the start of the year.
We have 2x roles open for either current C#.Net Team Leads or ambitious C# .Net Senior Developers who have some project/team lead experience and are looking to take that step up. You will be expected to take projects and drive them forward, get involved with technical design of the applications, influence development processes and decisions and lead a small team ensuring timely delivery and mentoring of more junior developers.
Requirements:
* Must have 7+ years of development experience with an OOP language
* Ideally 5+ years' experience with C# .Net and excellent C# skills and understanding of Design Patterns
* Experience with Web API, RESTful Services, ASP.Net, MVC, SQL, XML, JSON,
* Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSSS and a bonus would be a modern JS Framework such as React
* Good experience with RDBMS, experience with SQL Server required
* Experience with TDD and Unit Testing
* Strong understanding of technical design and particularly experiecne designing applications using Microservice's architecture is essential
* Experience with cloud platforms and frameworks (particularly Azure) would be beneficial but not essential
* Experience leading a team and driving projects forward (doesn't have to be from an official Team Lead role)
* Strong communication skills and self-motivated
