Senior Client Account Manager:

· Min 5 years' account management experience in B2B sales and marketing

· Technical background and qualification desirable

· Good Working knowledge of IT systems and terms with the capacity to learn quickly

· Understanding of Microsoft Licencing

· Can do attitude and ability to prioritise tasks to ensure that sales opportunities are dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner

· Technical understanding of Network Solutions, Cloud environment and IT generally

· Ability to liaise between team members and clients in order to reach mutually acceptable resolutions

· Excellent customer facing and presentation skills

· Strong customer service experience previous Sales presentation experience
