Technical Inside Sales Representative -Security Software Sales

I'm working with a well-established, international security software company. Their products and services are used by businesses all around the world.

They're currently in the process of expanding their inside sales team and have a great opportunity within their Galway-based sales team.

The ideal candidate should have around 2 years' experience, and success, in selling IT/Software/Saas to SME's and large business environments.

You'll be responsible for presenting and demonstrating to prospects, managing product trials and closing these trials to onboarded sales.

The role offers excellent earning potential and is ideal for an enthusiastic and driven individual pursuing a career in High-Tech Sales.

The Role:

* Engage with inbound call flow (many leads already qualified) as well as making outbound calls
* Present and Demonstrate products/services to prospects.
* Manage product trials and close these trials to onboarded sales
* Work closely with the tech support and engineering teams to effectively manage trials
* Achieve daily KPI's and weekly targets
* Where possible, develop more business within the accounts
* Use the company database and other resources to identify prospective customers
* Update and maintain your customer database/pipeline
* Produce weekly and monthly reports

Requirements

* 1-3 years' experience in a Software/Saas/Tech sales role - Phone/Computer based
* Capable of working in an energetic and target driven environment
* Excellent written and spoken communicator
* Excellent organizational skills
* Sound working knowledge of everyday IT programs (Word, Excel, Powepoint etc)
