As a Renewals Specialist you will secure renewal revenue in your market and ensure customer retention by building and developing enduring relationships with high-level customers. By understanding their unique business challenges, the Renewals Specialist will nurture the customer relationship and act as a sales enabler to drive retention and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
* Secure annual software renewals and maximise revenue within your accounts.
* Ensure account retention, development and growth.
* Understand customers' use of solutions, identify gaps and coordinate with other departments to generate action plans where required.
* Expand and grow customer accounts by identifying needs, educating and selling additional products in our product portfolio.
* Generate reports and forecasts for sales management on a regular basis.

* Ability to progress opportunities through the sales process, from initial contact to negotiation to close.

Requirements
* At least 1 year experience in a customer facing role
* At least 2 years experience in a sales or retentions/renewals role
