Site Reliability Engineer

I'm working on a very exciting opportunity for a junior-mid level engineer to join one of Ireland's most innovative young companies as they expand their DevOps team. They have multiple offices across Ireland but this role will be based in the Limerick office.

The company have gone from strength to strength over the last couple of years and they have established themselves as a leader within their highly niche sector of the market.

This role will be ideal for someone from a development background who has moved into Operations and has also had some great hands on exposure to AWS. It's an opportunity for someone to come in with a clear career path to a senior SRE role and to work with the senior management team to train and improve from day to day. It's a company that will really invest in the talent in their teams and work hard to help you fulfil your full potential.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant discipline.
* Background in Java Development.
* Strong Linux systems experience.
* Hands on experience working with AWS.
* Strong exposure to MySQL, Cassandra and Elasticsearch.
* Strong experience with GIT and Jenkins desirable.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills.
