We are looking for a talented and driven Business Development Exec to generate and manage leads; developing them into warm opportunities for our Sales Team to close.

The Role
* Phone-based based role with the goal of prospecting, nurturing and qualifying new business opportunities for the Sales team.
* Execute lead follow-up, both inbound and outbound
* Work with other internal departments to ensure a smooth transition between lead capture and opportunity identification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage pipeline
* Keep and update accurate KPI reporting
* Manage the opportunity handover process to sales team.
* Achieve the required daily and weekly call volumes
* Achieve the required conversion rates of leads to opportunities
* Ability to learn and maintain an in depth knowledge of a full portfolio of products and accurately convey that knowledge to potential clients
* Build a solid understanding of sales concepts and systems
Skills and Experience:
* Graduates or previous experience (and proven success) in Customer service, call centres, sales environments.
* Prior Software Sales experience a distinct advantage
* Be an outstanding team player
* Self motivated and ability to work independently
* Competitive nature
* Good people skills and rapport / relationship building skills
* Able to demonstrate strong objection handling
* Fluent in English
