Senior Account Manager
Market-leader in the Customer Service Software sector needs a high-performing Senior Account Executive as they prepare to drive revenue and results in 2019.
You'll be responsible for prospecting, managing and closing opportunities within your given territory. You'll need to demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically prospecting for new business, upsell and cross-sell within existing client base and delivering results against a quota.
Responsibilities:
* Meet and surpass pipeline and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
* Continually build pipeline of new business while upselling, and cross-selling to existing accounts
* Become an expert on a diverse portfolio of products and solutions
* Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and existing customers
* Work in a team-selling environment with an experienced Strategic Account Executive and apply appropriate time/resources to opportunities.
* Track all opportunity/customer details including purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
Requirements:
* Experience selling to director/VP level leaders
* 5+ years of software sales experience - SaaS experience preferential
* Outbound prospecting experience a plus
* Consistent track record of success vs target
* Fluency in a European language desirable
* Technically savvy; thorough understanding of a related technology
* Proficiency in Salesforce.com
* Highly skilled in virtual presentations, online demonstrations and other remote sales processes
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
