We are looking for an experienced sales professional to act as European Key Account Manager, while also implementing sales strategies to grow the business and hit account acquisition targets. The role will be based in Dublin, Ireland with extensive travel to prospects and clients in Europe.
Requirements:
* International Travel will be an absolute requirement
* Extensive sales and account management experience
* Experience selling into public sector is desirabe
* IT Software or hardware sales is advantageous
* Fluency in a European language is an advantage
* Self-starter, driven, entrepreneurial streak
Responsibilities:
* You'll use your accomplished enterprise sales experience to prospect, qualify, close and manage public sector accounts as well as private sector.
* The role is a blend of account management and business development.
* You will have distinguished experience in discussing technological concepts, and capable of managing long, complex sales cycles.
* The successful candidate will understand the procurement processes for large government agencies in different European jurisdictions
* The role will also involve maximizing wallet share with existing customers.
