Role Overview
Tactically and methodically develop and implement new business strategies to achieving revenue targets.
Cross-sell, Up-sell and close prospects and clients within your given territory.
Responsibilities
* Grow and develop revenue through successful direct B2B selling.
* Present and sell products and services to SME's within your territory
* Maintain strong relationships with clientsin your area; leveraging these relationships to achieve targeted development of business opportunities
* Source potential new business by means of cold calling, referrals and lead generation
* Prospect and forecast results on a weekly basis in line with targets and KPI's
* Liaise with other internal departments to fully penetrate your market.
* Collect, capture, analyse, use and report market/customer data in an accurate and effective manner
* Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to service with new clients and their requirements
* Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
* Establish clear strategies and methodologies for all stages of generating new business, from prospecting and qualifying, to closing and managing the account.
Requirements
* A business-related qualification
* 3 years successful B2B Sales experience
* Proven track record of selling and revenue growth
* Commitment to maintaining knowledge of the business, products, competitors and the marketplace
* Be IT literate and familiar with common CRM systems
