Experience Required for this role:
• Over 5 years’ experience as a Software Development Manager
• Java Background
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills
• Prior experience in a hands-on coding position as this position will be both managerial and require technical expertise
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to deliver their product
• Excellent working knowledge of modern software development methodologies(Scrum/Kanban/Lean/XP)
