Responsible for supporting the business in relation to the company Quality Management System
Main responsibilities include but not limited to :
* Maintaining the company Quality Management System
* Managing the internal and supplier audit system to ensure quality and environmental audits are scheduled and executed in line with company and regulatory requirements
* Conducting quality audits in line with ISO9001 and Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
* Supporting external audits (external auditing bodies and customer audits) by being the key contact.
* Supporting Supplier Approval programme
* Managing Change Control and Risk Assessment programme
* Managing the Document Control programme including the management of the interface between document control and training
* Assisting in the investigation and coordination of non-conformance's and customer complaints and assessing the need for implementation of effective corrective or preventive actions (CAPA).
* Managing day-to-day CAPA requirements by ensuring timely and effective initiation, investigation, correction and corrective actions
* Educating functional areas on quality management system requirements
* Promoting a quality culture within the business
* Working with operational teams to drive process adherence and sustainability throughout the business
* Support company initiatives by participating in project teams as required
* Ensure operational compliance to all revenue and international trade legislative requirements, in addition to all DGF IE policies and procedures (H&S, Quality, Environmental, HR, etc), and work in a manner that supports the Company environment programme.

Skills & Qualifications:
* 2-3 years experience in the day to day management of a Quality Management System
* Diploma/Degree in a quality or relevant business discipline
* Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and related activities
* Experience in managing a QMS accredited to ISO9001:2015 is essential
* Knowledge of EU Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines
* Experience is quality auditing is desirable
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Be methodical and organised
* Ability to prioritise tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Excellent knowledge of English (verbal/written)
* Strong communication skills
* Good presentation skills
