Service Desk Analyst (Contract)
My client is a seeking a proactive Service Desk Analyst that has the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. You will be providing IT support both internally and externally, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* 6 Month Contract
* Deal promptly with SLA support tickets in a professional manner
* Adhere to strict SLA's when dealing with support tickets
* Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT software and hardware
* Develop in-depth knowledge of company products, services and solutions
* Perform day to day security checks and backups
* Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure high quality support it delivered
* Record inventories, site and server licencing as well as user access and security
* Process, store and access information in accordance with confidentiality practices
* IT related qualifications
* Knowledge or experience with Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix and HP advantageous
* Experience of supporting a 24/7/365 environment
* Microsoft OS
* MS Applications
* Anti Virus/malware applications
* Networking - TCP/IP, Switching, Firewalls
* Troubleshooting Procedures
