The Role:
• Build relationships within the business and understand customer requirements
• Develop functional specs including requirements’ traceability, current and proposed business process flows
• Carry out an impact analysis of scope changes
• Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure the correct solutions is delivered to meet business needs
Key Skills:
• Prior experience of process design and improvement
• The ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
