Qualcom Systems Ltd. was established in 1995 and provides equipment, maintenance and support services to many of Ireland’s leading companies. Due to our continued expansion and growth we are seeking to recruit an onsite Desk Side engineer who would be supported by our experienced and highly skilled team of networking specialists.
The person we are seeking must be a highly motivated self starter with a desire to achieve . He or she will be of professional appearance and possess very good interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.The person must be flexible as our business is customer driven and we have to be able to react quickly when called .
The Engineer will be based on a customer site in Ringaskiddy Cork providing deskside support to approximately 100 users.
The person will deal with calls received form an existing Help Desk based in the European hub for this company.
