Key Duties of senior IT recruiter:
* Actively source and find high volumes of candidates within the IT industry using platforms and RW's internal database
* High volume of quality outbound calls to candidates - qualifying their experience, expectations, and personal details
* Understanding a candidate's expectations and pitching suitable and sometimes multiple job opportunities
* Responsible for arranging interviews with the relevant client base
* Building and maintaining strong pipelines of talented professionals
* Undertaking specific tasks and projects as directed by the manager and senior consultants
* Ensuring key performance indicators are met and achieving personal productivity targets
Requirements of a senior IT recruiter:
* Degree Qualified - preferably in Business, Management, finance
* 1+ years' work experience in technology or a corporate environment (this level of experience is intended as guidance only and does not preclude someone with more or less experience from applying for the role)
* Motivated to achieve individual and team targets
* Self-starting to take ownership of assignments and ad hoc projects
* Commitment to contributing to a successful team environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
