As a C# Software Engineer, you’ll help to build innovative products for the healthcare industry. 

Joining a growing, iterative Agile development team, you will contribute to the software development aspects of our client’s engineering research and development projects. 

You’ll work almost exclusively on new developments and will have the chance to learn new cutting-edge technologies, including Azure IOT Hubs, HoloLens and VS2017. 

To be considered, you’ll need a degree level qualification at grade 2:1 or above in a STEM related discipline. Experience of the following is also essential: 

- Software development at intermediate level 
- Working in C# in a commercial environment 
- UI design patterns such as MVVM, MVC and MVP 
- Requirements gathering 
- SQL Server or a similar relational database 
- Unit testing 
- TFS or another source control toolset 
- All stages of a software development lifecycle 

Analytical and solution-focused, as a C# Software Engineer, you’ll have great written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also have a collaborative approach to problem-solving and strong prioritisation abilities. 

Experience of working in an engineering team would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of using the Entity Framework or another ORM. Experience communicating with, and controlling, embedded devices using wired and wireless communication protocols would also be advantageous, as would experience of Microsoft ALM tools. 

Experience of WPF, UWP, WCF, Xamarin, Azure, IOT technologies, Telerik or ASP.NET would be equally favourable, as would experience in JAVA, C++, C or Delphi. 

Experience of working within a regulated environment would also be desirable, as would knowledge of EN 62304 and ISO 14971.
