Network Engineer (Contract)

My client is a world renowned player in the health sector, seeking to appoint a Network Engineer to join their forever growing company. This position would suit a self-starter, determined individual with a keen eye for detail.

The Role

* Maintaining networks and relating computing environments
* Implementation of in-house computer networks
* Disaster recovery and data protection, planning and implementation of network security
* Coordination and daily monitoring of networks
* Pen testing
* Installing network hardware and software

What you will need

* 5+ years network engineering experience
* 3+ LAN/WAN experience
* Understanding of network infrastructure and hardware
* Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills and ability to learn new technology
* Understanding of application transport and network infrastructure protocols
* Ability to create accurate network diagrams
* Experience of network security
* Experience of LAN and WAN
