IT Systems are looking for a 1st & 2nd level technicians to join our existing team.
This role requires a competent individual with excellent problem solving skills, who is highly organised and experienced, to work with our existing team of IT Professionals. This is a busy role with lots to do including monitoring backups, ensuring server patching is completed to schedule working with GPO's to ensure consistent operation to client endpoints, managing clients antivirus / spam software and dealing with general helpdesk issues and supporting our infield technicians. A key element of the role is recording detailed notes of all work completed into our Microsoft CRM system and ensuring client problems and issues are dealt with according to client SLA's.
While the roles are based in our Killaloe Offices some onsite time with clients will be required. As a company vehicle will be provided as part of the overall package, a full clean Irish Driving License is required. The level 2. position will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar support role.
