Our client, based in Dublin have an immediate need for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their growing team. They are a well-recognized company within Ireland and they have been going through some major expansions!
Key aspects of the role include Remedy and salesforce ticketing for user problems, AD, O365 and networking
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd Level IT technical support to staff and contractors
* Setup and maintenance of desktop and laptop computer
* Setup & support of iOS & Android devices
* AD, SCCM & MDM administration
* Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
* Troubleshoot local networking issues
Key Requirements
* MCSA Certification is Desirable
* 3+ Years exp in a level 2 IT support role
* Proven experience of administration in Windows Active Directory, Software deployment and MDM solutions.
