Senior Android Developer / Android Developer required for an excellent contracting role in South Dublin.
You will get to work on a behemoth of a software project building out SDKs as part of a very large SaaS offering. The role is within a small Android team within a highly publicised organisation, they have a reputations for taking modern approaches to solve software engineering problems.
The SDKs are integrated into applications generating millions in revenue with 1000s of daily users, there is a good chance you will have used their software without realising.
All new features are developed in Kotlin and they are also in the process of moving an existing Java code base to Kotlin.

Desired Skills / Experience

* Experience building Android apps / SDKs in Kotlin and Java
* Strong understanding of 3rd party libraries, RxJava, Retrofit etc.
* Strong understanding of different design pattern and architecture paradigms
* Strong understanding of automation around CI / CD
* They operate a fully agile model, exposure to this is desired
