Major Accountabilities:

* Liaises with SAP solution and business teams to understand training requirements
* Conducts high level training needs analysis (TNA)
* Validation of the business role requirements for users to role to course mapping
* Development, management and delivery of the SAP training strategy and plan
* Develops and manages the knowledge transfer plan and process including knowledge management and support model Go-Live
* Establishes governance for training development and delivery
* Manages training dependencies, risks and issues and provides relevant timely status report updates
* Leads the development and design of the training curriculum (courses, activities and supplementary materials to support learning and knowledge retention) e.g. QRG'
* Overall lead for a training material configuration workstream and configures course material using a training development tool (or manually)
* Manages the 'Train-the-Trainer' programme and delivers the 'Train-the-Trainer' sessions
* Is accountable for the training programme facilities, equipment and logistics
* Evaluate training feedback and drives continuous improvements

Distinguishing characteristics

* An experienced Lead Trainer with 5 years SAP ECC or multi-functional ERP training experience preferably in a life-sciences regulated environment
* Degree qualified in a relevant field e.g. Engineering or IT with a training qualification
* A training professional with experience of working with different levels within an organisation
* Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation with experience of communicating at all levels within the business
* Be highly motivated, enthusiastic with good influencing skills
* Ability to work independently but also work as part of a team
* Solid successful approach to developing skills and competences to achieve change
* Demonstrated understanding of the business ways of working
* Be confident in the use of desktop information technology and using different platforms/media to deliver training
* Broad understanding of business change management concepts
* Have experience of project management, planning tools and techniques
* Have completed and is able to demonstrate capability from at least 1 full ERP training implementation cycle including TNA, Role and Super User Support
* Have experience in non IT and IT enabled change projects
