Due to continued expansion of Evros we are now seeking to recruit a candidate that endeavours to become an important part of the team in an evolving and exciting environment.
The role would involve
* Working in a growing Managed Services team with procedures based on ITIL Framework and governed by ISO 20000
* Administering the Remote Monitoring & Management platform
* Creating and managing policies deployed at a global level for all of the monitored infrastructure
* Access based roles and modifications
* Identifying gaps and common occurrences in the environment that require attention
* Problem ticket management by ITIL definition
* Designing monitoring services applicable for scalable use-case scenarios
Experience & Technical Skills Required
* 2+ Years working in a Managed Services Environment
* A firm understanding of
* Microsoft Operating System Administration and Server roles
* VMWare Administration
* Firewall and Switching principles
* Utilization of Monitoring tools
* WMI & SNMP protocols
Desired
* Microsoft certifications MCSA
* Cisco CCNA level Certification
* Driving License
* Previous experience in / with
* Managed Services environment
* Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM tools)
* SQL database queries
The successful candidate will be dynamic and capable of delivering to a high standard despite constraints that may be in place. At times you will be working on your own, so it is vital that you are trustworthy and capable of organizing and delivering on tasks with little direction. Strong troubleshooting and communications skills are a must and would be relied on daily.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 4 Visa to apply.
