Our client is currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their Infrastructure Team based in Central Dublin.
The successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for resolving tickets escalated from the Level 1 service desk.
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, be able to work as part of a team and have excellent troubleshooting skills.
You will have experience of:
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- Windows 7/8/10
- Exchange 2013/2016
- Networking Fundamentals
- Group Policy
You will ideally have experience of some of the following:
- AntiVirus products
- Microsoft Direct Access
- Cisco Email Security Appliance
- Cisco Web Security Appliance
- Skype for Business
- Citrix XenApp
You will have excellent communication skills and be eligible to work in Ireland.
