As the Operations Manager you will successfully lead the delivery of large scale fibre, FTTH, FTTB, FTTX, networks and wayleaving projects.

The Operations Manager's day will involve:

* Managing projects within the Operations Department around fibre, FTTH, FTTB, FTTX, networks and wayleaving.
* Build relationships with clients and consult as a technical and operational expert on client issues
* Manage project delivery and budgeting and costs
* Build, lead and motivate project teams
* Manager and allocate appropriate resources to projects
* Ensure quality, health & safety are adhered to at all times
* Manage remote project teams
* Manage operational deliverables for maximum turnaround
* Travel up and down the country

What the Operations Manager can offer:

* Expertise in telecommunications through a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or similar
* Knowledge of fibre optics, FTTH, FTTB, FTTX, fibre networks, fibre build, testing telecoms networks, and/or telecommunications networks
* Experience leading large remote project teams and managing resources
* Budget management experience
* Strong influencing and negotiating skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
