Responsibilities of the system administrator:
* Active Directory Administration: Group policy administration, DNS, DHCP
* Provide level 2 troubleshooting on infrastructure and desktop issues reported from business users
* Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 7: Installation, configuration and deployment
* PC and laptop migrations, imaging and deployments
* Manage Exchange 2010/2016 environment
* Business Application support
* Mobile device configuration via MDM platforms (iOS (iPhone / iPad)
* Cisco Call Manager phone setup and troubleshooting
* Network troubleshooting
* Configuration and mass deployment of Business applications
* Supplier, Vendor and Warranty management
* Manage VMware vSphere 5.x and Horizo
Requirements of the system administrator:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
* 3+ years' experience as a systems administrator in a Windows based environment (this level of experience is intended as guidance only and does not preclude someone with more or less experience from applying for the role)
* MCSE preferred or at a minimum MCP certification in a number of Microsoft technologies
* Good PowerShell scripting a requirement
* Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite 2010/2016
* Good experience with SSCM or equivalent technology
* Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills
