Systems/DevOps Engineer - South Dublin

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company who after a recent purchase are primed for rapid growth over the course of the next 12 months. You will join a 4 person infrastructure department who's focus will be to automate, automate, automate as their environment scales and they take on multiple new projects. You'll be focusing on implementing a DevOps culture and helping the organisation to work smarter to achieve their ambitious long term goals.

You'll need to be a solid team player with strong customer support skills as well as strong technical experience. You'll need to be an excellent troubleshooter who can communicate comfortably with development, testing and multiple other internal teams. VMware is the most important technical focus but a track record of automation experience will be highly desirable for this prospective employer.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant discipline.
* Excellent VMware experience.
* Strong automation skills with Jenkins, Octopus etc.
* Excellent scripting skills.
* Strong windows server knowledge.
* Some Linux exposure.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills.
