Desktop Support Engineer - Dublin Based Contract
I have an open position with a leading Fintech company based in Dublin CC. This is a 6-month daily rate with a well respected company. Be sure to get your CV forward for this one.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
* Providing Level 2/3 IT support, via phone, face to face, email or remotely.
* Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in a Windows based environment (Office Suite, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10, Windows Sever, SCCM, VMware, VoIP, Network, etc.)
* Perform user account administration maintaining user access in the various Systems and Software
* Deploy software updates through SCCM, using reporting and analysis functionalities
* Troubleshoot SCCM back-end systems issues
* Updating clients on progress during problem resolution
* Maintain Knowledge base to facilitate prompt resolution of incidents
* Provide feedback on continuous improvement of processes and procedures in order to enhance the current use of products or reduce incidents volume.
* Liaise with Tiers 1 & Tiers 3 teams, Vendors and Suppliers
* Proactively work on Incident Management and Business Continuity plans
* Provide Technical documentation
* Up-skill members of L1 team, and grow from you interaction with L3 team
